Ute's practice focuses on national and international transactional work and non-contentious advice to professional practices and LLPs. She acts for businesses and entrepreneurs in relation to domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs and joint ventures and supports her clients on day to day basis in relation to a wide range of commercial agreements and general corporate advice.
Ute heads Dawsons' Anglo-German Group and has a particular interest in the hard commodities sector, especially precious and non-precious metals.
She is a graduate of Augsburg University, qualified as a German Rechtsanwaeltin in 1998 and as an English solicitor in 2001.
