Stephen specialises in advising foreign companies on their business ventures in the UK, acting both for the foreign parent and its UK subsidiaries. He also advises domestic clients and has a particular interest in schools and charities. His wide-ranging corporate and commercial practice includes establishing companies and businesses in the UK, M&A, MBOs, joint ventures, partnerships, corporate governance, finance and cross border security, international trade and commercial agreements. His clients include foreign quoted companies, their domestic subsidiaries and branches, SMEs and entrepreneurs.
Stephen has worked in Germany and speaks German fluently. He is a member of Dawsons' Anglo-German Group.
Stephen is a graduate of King's College London and qualified as a solicitor in 1978.
