Educated at Ampleforth before reading law at Oxford, Simon qualified as a solicitor with Dawsons in 1984. He enjoys a broad range of work covering property development, commercial property acquisitions, disposals, lettings and other landlord and tenant work for a full spectrum of clients including a large Crown charity, a number of landed estates, developers and businesses, as well as housing associations and other institutions.
Although the majority of Simon's work is in the commercial property field he also has wide experience of residential property acquisitions and disposals, leasehold transactions and agricultural property.
