
Paul Mander joins the Employment team as its new Head of Department from Berwin Leighton Paisner.
Paul advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. He has particular expertise in restrictive covenant issues. In addition, Paul handles all forms of employment litigation both in the High Court and tribunals; he is also experienced in boardroom disputes, discrimination, TUPE matters and outsourcings.
Paul works for a wide range of private sector clients, from a major fast food retailer to financial institutions.
Paul has appeared on television and in the broad sheet press in relation to employment law issues, and is co-author of the employment section of Tolleys Financial Management Handbook and various sections of Tolleys Termination of Employment Handbook.
