Harender's practice covers mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, corporate finance and general corporate advice. Her client base is both national and international and includes substantial expertise in the CIS region. She acts for a wide range of clients, ranging from entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses to professional firms and public companies.
Harender's public company work includes public offers, private placements, public takeovers and admissions to the AIM and Plus markets.
Harender graduated from the University of Manchester and qualified as a solicitor in 1999.
