Michael Carl

Michael is a Consultant to Dawsons' Anglo-German group. He specialises in Anglo-German commercial law including corporate, EU law, banking and insurance as well as international commercial litigation and art recovery cases.
Michael was head of the teams that conducted the first hostile take-over in the UK by a German company (GEHE AG - AAH PLC) and the well known City of Gotha case when he acted for the German Government. He is the author of numerous publications on Anglo-German company, commercial, banking, insurance, advertising, commercial litigation law and art law.
Dr Carl is the Honorary Solicitor of the German Embassy. His professional memberships include: British German Jurists Association, German Association for Research into Civil Procedure Law; Dusseldorf Bar Association.
