Zana advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. She is particularly involved in cross-border transactions and international tax structuring/re-structuring. Other areas of her practice include asset protection, wealth planning and establishing off-shore investment funds.
Zana is fluent in Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian and speaks and reads Russian.
Zana graduated in London, with a business degree. After several years in the commercial sector, Zana qualified as a solicitor in 2006.
