Sarah Radford

Sarah Radford qualified as a solicitor in 2000, and joined Dawsons from Maxwell Batley (now Maxwell Winward) in 2006.
She specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on partnership issues.
She handles a broad range of commercial disputes including contract, professional negligence, company and shareholder, breach of trust, and property disputes.
She also deals with a number of partnership matters as part of the partnership and LLP team advising a range of professional, trading and investment partnerships and LLPs.
Sarah is a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners and of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
