Mary focuses on domestic and international corporate transactions, acting for companies and high net worth individuals on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance matters, corporate structuring and tax planning, commercial contracts and overseas property transactions. She has played a key role in our Libyan practice.
Mary graduated from Trinity College Dublin after reading Law and French (LLB) and spending a year studying French law at the Sorbonne, Paris. She qualified as a solicitor in 2003.
