Employment
Originally from Denmark, Anne graduated from Southampton University in 2000 with a degree in law. Anne speaks fluent Danish and is also proficient in Spanish, Swedish and German.
Prior to originally joining Dawsons in March 2006, Anne worked for the City firm Stephenson Harwood. She has specialised in Employment Law since qualification in 2003.
Anne has a particular interest in helping employers manage their employment issues in a pragmatic, cost-effective way. She is equally comfortable advising individuals and frequently does so in a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Anne provides advice to employers on a range of employment law matters ranging from boardroom disputes, business restructures and redundancies to discrimination issues, equal opportunities and sickness absence. Anne equally has experience in preparing and reviewing employment documentation. Recently Anne has been involved in a number of partnership disputes and she was one of the main lawyers working on the landmark age discrimination claim brought by Peter Bloxham against Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
