Our Commercial practice covers all aspects of international commerce, but particularly trade finance issues, the international sale of goods and terms of business for those seeking to apply their terms to imports into the UK.  Where appropriate, we work with our colleagues from the Litigation Department to advise on cross border trading disputes or on the recovery of overdue payments.
