An increasing awareness of the general public, the advent of the Human Rights Act and the need to liaise closely with Local and County Councils, create a wide and varied number of issues to which we have to respond and advise. We have considerable experience in dealing with many complex issues and provide sensible and practical solutions.

We work very closely with Dawsons' dedicated property litigation department to anticipate or pre-empt a litigious situation and/or advise the client as to the possible consequences of any litigation, where the circumstances are relevant and in the full range of landlord and tenant court, Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and Lands Tribunal procedures.
