The Property Litigation team acts for a variety of different clients, including property investors, surveyors, charities, corporations, private individuals, housing associations and landed estates. We have established links with leading firms of surveyors and specialist Counsel.
The team has considerable experience of pursuing claims through the Courts as well as Leasehold Valuation Tribunals. Where appropriate, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution have been used to great effect.
