Decisions about who a child will live with, or what levels of child contact separating parents are allowed, are normally taken outside Court intervention. The Court will only intervene if agreement cannot be reached between the parents as to the best arrangements for the child. We have extensive experience in relation to all children matters, whether it be a residence or contact dispute, shared residence arrangements, an issue over schooling or medical issues or whether one parent should be allowed to move abroad with the child.
